Woodleigh Residences is being constructed by the developers Singapore Press Holdings and Kajima Development. It has a gross land area of 957,187 square feet and the site area is of 273,842 square feet with a 3.5 plot ratio. There be approximately 825 units available. However, the number of blocks and the storeys for each block are still not being known. The T.O.P date or the condo is still unavailable until a later date.
